As a qualified yoga teacher and certified menopause coach, I’m here to support your whole wellbeing — body, mind, and lifestyle. I believe in holistic health and simple, sustainable strategies that help you feel like the very best version of yourself.

Based in South Lincolnshire — with regular classes in Langtoft and Bourne — I offer weekly yoga classes, workshops, events, retreats, and 1:2:1 support. My sessions are beginner-friendly and blend gentle movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation, all taught in a relaxed, supportive, community-focused environment.

For women navigating perimenopause through to post-menopause, I provide trustworthy education, compassionate guidance, and practical strategies to help you take back control of your health, energy, and everyday life.
